Our company was founded in 2020 during the coronavirus pandemic after our owner (Amber) was made redundant due to the challenging climate at the time. With a life long dream of owning her own business, a passion for fashion, the support of her family and friends and Amber's experience having worked within retail since the age of 17, she embarked on making her dreams come true. Amber started the company at home and over 4 years with the help of her Lulabay team has been able to grown the business, now being based in our own warehouse in Keighley West Yorkshire.
Our team here at Lulabay are dedicated to deliver high-quality products, with the ability to make your own items unique and special to you and your loved ones at an affordable price. To ensure we delivery this to our customers our entire personalisation process is managed in house. This also enables us to provide a Next Day delivery service especially for our customers, so if your running late on ordering a gift, dont worry we have you covered.
